"I’ve booked starlite cars london twice via Taxicode and they have cancelled on born occasions, leaving me with nightmare travel scenarios. On both occasions I booked weeks in advance, only to have them cancel within 8 hours of the early morning bookings. As a result I ended up paying double to get a metered taxi to get to Heathrow airport. No applogy or, seemingly, any penalty for such poor service. I’d recommend avoiding if you can."

"Arranged airport transfer with this company using taxicode. Plane was late in by 1 hour and they did not wait for me. Told me I'd given them wrong flight number but form only asked for outgoing flight number and they didn't ask me for details of return flight only a time. Left high and dry at Heathrow after 24 hrs travel. No refund offer or later pick up offered. My advice is stay well clear."
