"I've not used this company directly but the attitude of one of their drivers this morning speaks volumes about the company I think. One of their van drivers was completely blocking a narrow road at peak rush hour. He unloaded 4 things from his van without even a glance at me or acknowledgment that I was stuck behind him in my car. After waiting for 5 minutes, I beeped my horn and gestured that he could actually just park in the two spaces next to him at the side of the road but got a very rude and aggressive response from him. Will not be using plumbase if this is their attitude."
