"We recently used Tile & Floor on London Road for our bathroom refurbishment. We found Simon’s input at the design stage to be very useful especially with 3D drawings..! He helped us clarify exactly what we wanted in the new bathroom and suggested some design features we had not even have considered, including underfloor heating. My husband has difficulty with his mobility and finds the warm floor very pleasant. The tiles recommended by Simon’s team are brilliant and are very comfortable for bare feet which never become slippery, even with the new walk-in shower. Both wall and floor tiles clean very easily. The dual fuel radiator acts as part of the central heating system during winter and a heated towel rail in summer. When the element for the heated towel rail turned out to be faulty, Simon got a replacement sent to us in double quick time. The fitters he recommended were excellent and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The more we use the bathroom, the more pleased we are with the way it functions."
