"Building has 5 stars outside, Google reviews offers a different story. Blackhorse Roaf closed due to poor service. Phone and wait over 2 mins for an answer from a lady who is answering the phone from an Indian call centre with no local knowledge. I'm amazed it's still open."

"DO NOT USE - You have been warned! This is not Abbey cars!! Booked for 05:50am on 09 Jun 19 - No driver by 06:05am. Jumped in my car & drove to Heathrow myself. Driver then phoning me at 06:18am!!!! Thank goodness I took decisive action, otherwise flight would have been missed. Will look at small claims court to get back from this bunch the cost I will have incurred at Terminal 5 long stay!!!!"
"Missed flight due to your unprofessional staff! The airport car didn't arrive on time so I called the number provided. The dispatcher told me the car was on its way. A few minutes later when the car hadn't arrived, I called back. When he heard my voice, he hung up on me. After that, each time I called back, he hung up on me again, or put the call straight onto hold. We ended up missing the flight to Singapore as a result. The staff member, knowing that we had booked an airport taxi, deliberately hung up on me repeatedly. If he had just answered and told me that he honestly didn't know when the cab would arrive, we could have arranged another transport solution in time to catch our flight. Other reviews here indicate that this is not an isolated incident."
