"Hospital booked a taxi for a shift in advance. Called 5 mins after scheduled pick up - initially had no idea about the booking despite a booking number being given, had the phone put down on me and then when I called back was told that a taxi was arriving 45 mins late, after the start of the shift. Don't use."

"This company is absolutely appalling and I won't be using them again. The taxi driver was on time and polite so nothing to do with him. However, the car seat for our child was filthy, disgusting to even look at and in my view unsafe for our baby as seemed broken in parts. We had no choice but to drive back from the airport with that arrangement. At the end of the journey, the driver asks for a different price than the one stated on the phone previously! Then we had to argue on the phone with the company who was shouting at us and ignored us when we said we had telephone evidence of a different price. This was from the start the worst customer service ever experienced, when we called to confirm the booking in advance they had overlooked the added on car seat... I cannot emphasise how bad all this experience has been, would discourage anyone to book with them."
"So i booked to have a quote first, then i called back to book a cab to go to the airport and i called again to ask if i could pay by card. The cab was on time but he struggle to find me and talk very fast with a very-hard-to-understand and on a tone i appropriate- which started already to stress me out! Finally he went off his cab as i had 2 huge suitcases plus extra bags to help me - i say again to confirm that i will pay by card and then it was really a huge problem for him, he discussed a lot on a tone not very polite and a bit aggressive - i almost left the cab to be honest - he explained that card was not possible- apparently the guy who made the booking didn’t take all the information - arrived at the airport the driver asked me for 5 more for his drop off fee - new charge i wasn’t aware of, nice! especially when you already spent £105 and you confirm the price on the phone the day before!!! I had the most terrible experience of my life, making me feel like he was the customer, no respect at all!!! My question is: who’s the client? The cab driver apparently in this company! The customer has just to shut up! Obviously i’m not gonna recommend this company that is the most unprofessional ever!"
