"They used to be great, but unfortunately I was so surprised not in a good way with my latest airport pickup. Their website quote and following confirmation had nothing to do with the money my credit card was charged - the price went up from £72 to £115! I was told that the website prices are pre-Covid and they are in a process of changing them now, and for some reason I am not buying this explanation. And then parking cost went up from one hour to two hours in advance. Why??? I won't be using Airport Executive again."
"Despite three separate conversations with the driver on his mobile, he totally failed to find my address. Eventually at risk of missing my flight, I had to ring for a car from another firm, which fortunately arrived within minutes. Airport Executive have failed, despite several requests, to refund the payment which they nevertheless took from my card, and I have had to report this firm to the Trading Standards officer. One Star is the minimum permitted rating on this review site: otherwise I would give them Zero."

"Driver (Aziz) was super unprofessional. Refused to park in front of the hotel just simply cause he’s too lazy to U turn despite being allowed. Had me and my wife carry our big travel bags across the street. Although i informed the call center we had ‘two big bags’ they sent a car with a small trunk and they didnt fit and the same rude driver didnt want to put the bag in front and asked me to call them to get another car. The call center said they dont have other cars and started arguing that they must fit. I was upset about the scenario so the driver told me to calm down cause this is london, not where im from (being arab). As if the racist reference wasnt enough, he cussed at me while he drove off! The operator was so cool about it when i called to complain and his main response was to say ‘well we cant prove anything’. The owner of the agency should really revisit the kind of staff he’s employing."
"As previous reviews, they used to be excellent, but I am not sure what went wrong. I booked a taxi yesterday for this coming Thursday, but didn't receive a confirmation so I followed up. I gave the reservation number on the subject of their email and the lady on the phone told me that it was declined to start with (in all fairness I gave the full code - letters and numbers, whilst they only needed numbers). She told me that there were no cars available for Friday, whilst my booking was on Thursday; she didn't know the pick up address and mentioned Gatwick, whilst I am actually flying from Heathrow. Then she carried on saying she could not see my booking at all and my frustration really hit the roof, and asked to speak to a manager to which her answer was that she was the manager, so I just ended the call. She then called back to apologize and let me know that my booking was in place, but at that point, given the low customer service, I cancelled the booking and went with another company. I hope the company will review this and put some actions in place to go back to the impeccable service they used to provide - I've used them for many years, but I no longer feel confident and won't use them again."
