"First and last time I ever use this taxi service! Pre-booked a pick-up from Heathrow Terminal 3. When we arrived there was no sign of the driver; so I called up and a very “pleasant” man answered the phone and told me my taxi was 40 minutes away. When I questioned this he then decided to take all his anger out on me like it was all my fault and then hung up on me! Certainly will never TRY to use this taxi service again :) I’d advise you do the same."

"My 18 yo daughter and her boyfriend booked a car to collect them from Heathrow at 9pm. At 9.15 my daughter rang to enquire where the taxi was and the call handler was rude and just kept repeating 40 minutes, 40 minutes…. When I book a car for either myself or my children for a specific time, I expect to be picked up give or take 10 mins, not an hour late. When I called to complain, the call handler would not let me speak and when I refused to be talked over he hung up. Incredibly unprofessional and appalling service, You guys need to take a long hard look at yourselves, in this current economic climate business won’t be so easy to come by and this is s sure way to send customers into the arms of your competitors. Needless to say, we won’t be using this company again."

"Called in advance to book a taxi from heathrow airport at 9pm- all fine and confirmed. Arrived at 9.10pm and driver nowhere to be seen- called the company to ask where he was waiting only to find out the driver is forty minutes away. The man on the phone was so rude and unapologetic and offered no way to make the situation better. When I repeated back to him, ‘40 minutes away?’ He mocked me and said yes that’s what i just said. My mum then called them to follow up and he hung up on her mid sentence! Worst taxi company ever used- mistakenly booked instead of the real barnes taxis. Dont use them. Uber rescued us 20 mins later thankfully."
