"Every time we’ve used them they say they will bring a car seat and then turn up without one. Our last (and final) taxi ride with them saw our driver pull out directly in front of a speeding ambulance, despite there being a toddler on board who was sat on my knee due to the lack of car seat. Narrowly avoided a serious accident, despite the ambulance having all its lights and sirens on. Nothing would persuade me to use them again!!"
