"After using a different company who neglected to collect me from Gatwick even after I told them our flight was delayed I was sceptical about using any other company. Lady safe excelled for these main reasons, they allowed us to use our own child seats and stored them for the duration of our holiday. They kept us informed with the drivers in regular contact, our flight home was delayed by a few hours and the driver kept us updated to reassure that we would be collected. The drivers were polite to me and my family, which was comforting given this was our first family holiday with our young children. 100% will be using again."

"I use Ladysafe 5-6 times a year for airport trips mostly to Gatwick and sometimes Heathrow. Their drivers are invariably courteous, friendly and above all bang on time, and the cars are always clean and well maintained.
