Reviews
"Good store. Easy access."
"Extremely rude women working behind the till. I stopped shopping there because of her attitude. One day I went in she refused to give me the amount of bags I requested and scratchcards. I asked for 3 bags she responded with no I will give you one, i asked for scratchcards she just simply said no. I have also heard her insult shoppers as they leave the store. Note to the manager, fire her you are losing customers."
"It's weird how expensive this store is, when traditionally the Co-Op was all about lower prices. Practically every product is cheaper at Tesco across the road. Tesco have an offer of 3 chocolate bars for £1.20, at Co-Op it's 2 for £1. Large Cadburys bars are £2 at Tesco, £2.50 at Co-Op. If you shop at Co-Op regularly, you'll be spending an extra £100 per month i reckon. Furthermore, the staff are much friendlier at Tesco. I should also mention that their self-scanning machines have been faulty for months; you keep having to wait for a cashier to correct an error. The new self-scan machines at Tesco, opposite, have never given me an issue. It might sound like i work at Tesco, but i don't. Have a nice day, everyone."
"-Decent range of ethical brands (Suma) which are Vegan and organic -Decent stock in of their own vegan range called Gro -Busy store when I popped in a handful of times -Plastic drop off bin for soft plastics to be recycled -Several staff working when I have visited"
"Very rude woman working the self scan. While packing my bag after paying she marched up behind me and demanded "what discount have you applied" I explain to her I didn't know what she's talking about. She then reached past me and pressed print receipt, Look at it, crushed it in her hand and walked away without saying another word"
