"Avoid this business. Their Aberdeen business abruptly closed in early 2022, blaming pool issues. Zero communication. Left lots of families in the lurch, having paid for blocks of lessons. Since Feb, my husband has contacted them a few times because of the lack of communication. Continually told it was a temporary issue and the pool would be open again “soon”. The last time we contacted them was in August 22 when we gave up and got our kids on waiting lists elsewhere. We have been very, very patient. We aren’t looking for recompense now, nor would we return to this swim school if it reopened. It’s the lack of interest for the children’s learning and lack of communication to parents which has resulted in me leaving this review; to warn others. Not once did swimwell send an email to update customers or offer alternative arrangements. Not once. That’s been since early February. Almost a year. Swimwell also ignored a message I sent on messenger in August about this matter. Swimwell deleted a comment I left on another post on their Facebook page instead of replying. I imagine they’ve also deleted others as all customers in Aberdeen were affected by this. Please find another company to teach your children how to swim."
