"Have visited here over the years many of times. Never had an issue. But I booked the relaxed session for my family as my daughter is autistic. When we arrived at 4.45 I noticed the place was still very busy, I thought maybe their session ended at 5pm..by 5.30 was still mobbed and noone had left, I had asked one of the workers if this was the relaxed session as noone had left and it was extremely busy my daughter couldn't run about and play as she gets overwhelmed when to busy and I have taken her to these sessions before and it's normally very quiet. I was told because of school strikes it runs over into the relaxed sessions(which are only for kids and their families with additional needs). I explained the reason I book these sessions is so my daughter can play. I did also speak to the manager and she did give a gift recipet not for the full amount paid though. But these things should be written online before booking. Especially for children with additional needs. So I would call up before booking this session to make sure it's only the relaxed session."

"At a kids birthday party. Everyone had good fun. Food for kids was pizza, cookie and cake (not many of their 5-a day covered) . We got two cups of tea for £4.90. Anyway the kids had fun"

"Great place to take the kids - and have a bounce about as an adult too! I don't often take the time to leave a review but I had to this time. Customer service was excellent - treated like human beings and not a number - on arrival a price difference query I had was handled with courtesy and professionalism by one of the managers, thank you Phil! The floor staff are attentive and keeping kids safe but without being overbearing and we were really well looked after, especially by Ryan. Thank You everyone at Jump In Edinburgh for returning some faith in establishments like yours who still know how to treat people properly and allow them to have fun at the same time as keeping up with the safety rules. There is also a good variety of different activities to try out other than the trampoline floors, which isn't always the case in these parks: Well done Jump In Edinburgh, we'll be back!"

"Words are not enough to describe how nice and welcoming staff is at this place, this is the best trampoline park in the city by far! It’s never too busy and my kids have only but good memories of this place. It’s totally worth the money, highly recommended!"
