"Really nice facility but so expensive for a charity. Over £65 per month (not including joining fee) if you want gym and classes and no option to forgo pool cost. The gym is well equipped but small and closes at 5pm at the weekend. Pure gym at ocean terminal is £22 per month so it’s so hard to justify despite being my closest/preferred option."
"Your pool female members of staff and most female instructors need some serious boundary and respect training as some of them are creepy, almost obnoxious, very intrusive and/or rude. They could learn some of these things from you male members of staff who are on the contrary outstanding, lovely, friendly without crossing boundaries, welcoming and genuinely helpful. This is a shame as I quite enjoyed coming here for a swim and few fitness classes, but after yet another shocking experience today, I don't think you'll see me in the pool anytime soon. Luckily, there is still a gym in your facility full of helpful and respectful male staff members who kinda saves the day for me, so I won't be changing the gym just yet, but getting very close to that decision."
