"I’ve been through a few letting agents over the years and this is my second time with Dunpark. I have to say that, from a tenants perspective, my experience has been faultless. When I’ve reported routine maintenance issues the response has always been very quick with professional, quality contractors attending about as quick as it reasonably possible to attend. Additionally, when I have had curveballs from the property they have been open-minded and we have worked to resolve those problems. A persistent problem with the central heating pressure culminated in the boiler being entirely replaced without any fuss. I note that other reviews are a bit mixed. This seems to be normal for professional services, if you have a bad experience you rightly want the world to know about it, if things tick along nicely then you just get on with your life and forget to leave feedback. I think also that sometimes the service that a letting agent can offer is sometimes constrained by how tight or otherwise the actual landlord is. I might have just got lucky but I have nothing negative to say about my experience with Dunpark."
