"Rose street 72 Flat 1 From the start things didn’t go well lock box not working as should then went in the smoke alarm beeping like battery flat explained to man on phone took away said nothing was wrong said they would fit new ones on final night got woke up by the same smoke alarm beeping if your a light sleeper you won’t sleep as a cocktail bar downstairs, the bed is uncomfortable and the floor is bowing in places do not recommend."

This led to me having to trek all around Edinburgh for an hour and a half with several suitcases to pick it up. After contacting the administration, no one came and no telephone response. After an hour of waiting (with two small children) on the street, we called the key emergency service. After a waiting time of 20 minutes, GBL 106.- costs, we were able to go back to the apartment. We were horrified and outraged when the administration wrote to us the next day that they would not refund us this amount because they were here ..... a lie !!! Booking.com should delete / remove this apartment and this dubious provider from its offer immediately. A disaster"
