"This dental practice deserves more than five stars. Let me start with the service, we rang out of the blue with a dental emergency. We found the practice through Google. We were seen straight away, we didn't have to wait. The dental practitioner worked 2 hours over her finishing time just to squeeze us in. We waited no more than 5 minutes for our appointment and the receptionist remembered us from our phone call even though she was really busy, she welcomed us and was ever so friendly. My partner was in extreme pain and fearful of dental procedures. The practitioner was calming, friendly and did everything to help ease his pain. She was so comforting and nurturing that he felt like he had known her for years. After his procedure they hugged and he said that was the best practitioner and experience he had ever had. I couldn't believe the kindness the practitioner showed and it even blew me away too. We have been back twice since then and both times they have remembered us and accommodated our needs. We have seen the same practitioner each time and each time we have walked away with a smile on our face. I cannot thank all the staff enough as you will never know how much it meant for us. My partner is registering to be a patient here this week and I think I will join him. This place is fabulous even for a dental practice."
