"[21/02, 23:13] Ryan: I came to the Jaguar dealers as I had a fault, where the engine light was showing on the dash of my XJL Jaguar. I had taken it to many mechanics who could not find the fault. Even the Jaguar approved garages could not help. At which point I decided to take it to the Main Jaguar dealers. They were very helpful and took very good care of my car. The fault was fixed and my car was returned. But the problem occurred again. So I contacted the dealers again , I spoke to a lovely lady called Laura, she was apologetic on Jaguar’s behalf and arranged for the car to be booked in. This time they were able to find the main fault and dealt with the problem with such professionalism and no extra cost. I highly recommend using the main dealers, rather than wasting time with independent or approved dealers and for the foreseeable future I will only be using them. I would definitely be returning. I am an extremely satisfied customer, especially with service they provided. They even washed my car prior to pick up."

"Great staff; poor management. The ladies who were at the reception were great. Cheerful and helpful. However, the rest of my experience was awful. First of all, I wanted to replace my existing Jaguar, and wanted to see a salesman. I was told they did not sell cars there despite having an immense space worthy of a brilliant display. Then I wanted to buy a Range Rover back seat caddy, and was told they had only one, but that it was broken, which I could have at a discount. I declined. At the run up to Christmas when everybody is looking for presents, you would think a car showroom selling branded products would ensure they were fully stocked for impromptu sales. I also asked for my satnav to be updated and explained that, where I live, the WiFi is very poor and that I normally pay for an update when I have my car serviced. When my car was ready, I was told I needed new windshield wipers, but they were unable to replace them as they had only one! One! Then I was told they could not update my satnav because everyone has gone to ‘dinner’ at 1400, but the lady kindly offered me a website where I can do it myself. Why was everyone at ‘dinner’ when you still have customers in the centre having their car serviced? I have been going to Strathstone Droitwich for my service, and only went to Newport as it was a tad closer to where I live. I have never had an issue there! Strathstone Droitwich always update my satnav, they replace any parts my car needs replacing, and frankly, they always want to try and sell me a car. I will not be returning to Newport! But thanks for servicing my car anyway."
