"Absolute joke. Forgot to put my undertray back, didn't put a nut on the starter motor +ve lead, I suspect left a bolt out of the starter motor causing it to rotate and crack my gearbox case and either caused or at least didn't notice damage to the timing belt cover."

"Avoid. Caused £100's of body damage to my wife's car after it went in for an MoT and was returned with scratches and gauges to the drivers door that they then tried to blame on us! I have been a customer for over 15 years and have never experienced such awful customer service. They said they'd check CCTV to see how it was done and get back in touch but guess what? It's been 3 days and absolutely nothing! Will never be going back again."

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to have the MOT and service on my car done although I gave them hardly any notice (didn't realise my MOT was out of date...). This is the third year I used this garage and every time I received the same amazing customer service. I'll definitely come back for as long as I'm a car owner."
