"I used Gordano Motor Services twice, once to fix a CV joint on my car and once to put my vehicle through COR. A month after putting it through COR I called with my vehicle broken down and in a bit of a jam. Over the phone they said they would not be able to help me for the next week or so. Which is understandable but there was no effort to try and assist a return customer, no suggestion or at the very least not even some sort of concern. I company with good customer care would have offered some alternative contacts that they recommend. I wont be returning here because you need a mechanic that will be there for you in an emergency and be willing to make a plan to try help you. So if you looking for that with this company, I do not recommend them."
"Booked to get tracking done -it was not done properly. They did refund me the money,claiming that the tracking was done and geometry was misaligned. Taken the car to my usual garage the week after,and it turned out the tracking was not done properly ."
"Appalling service, tried to charge me £60 to diagnose a fault which I was told was "low fuel" - the EPC light had come on and there was a strong smell of fuel, range was 40 miles. They put £10 in and sent me away to promptly breakdown again around a mile away. Took the car to another garage who found a leaking fuel rail which had been dropping fuel all over the alternator and causing the EPC light. Not only did they send me away driving a car which could have caught fire at any point but they had the cheek to treat me as if I was stupid. Avoid at all costs"
