"We were relieved that someone came to help us from the garage when we had punchered our tyre and we couldn’t get it off. The garage was 5 mins away from us. The man tried for 5 minutes and could get it off either but wanted £30 and was happy to leave us knowing our breakdown service were not helping us either and that we had 2 children under 4 in the car. Seems like all he wanted was money, wasn’t very friendly and we had to drive 5 miles in the end with our flat tyre to a garage that would help us!"
