"I have an elderly black Labrador (11 years) who is sensitive and can be nervous. I have never found her to settle at a dog grooming shop and was looking for someone to come to the house. Before coming Lyn discussed with me the grooming options and we agreed for the 1st time to just opt for a groom (no bath). Lyn felt it was important to build up trust with our dog which was very reassuring. Our dog never really sits very well when we attempt to groom her, but she did not take long to relax with Lyn who was very caring and understanding around our dog but also assertive. After the groom her coat was gleaming and with Lyn incorporating some gentle massage our dog was looking and feeling very good. I highly recommend Lyn for dog grooming she is very knowledgeable and happy to discuss your dogs health and well being and to share her knowledge. I was amazed at her precision when clipping our dogs claws. It is also great that Lyn is mobile which means our dog is more settled during the session in her home surroundings. Great job thank you."
