"Booked table for 15 guests fir dinner to celebrate daughters birthday. We were all really looking forward to the evening, however I was disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm, communication and professionalism from staff that were serving us. Pretty lack lustre and miserable is how I would describe them. It was a very special birthday and I felt the service could have and should have been better. Felt as if it was s big effort fir them to be attending to us. Such a shame!!!! Won’t be back."
"Stayed at this great resort on a business trip and was a pleasurable experience! This room was comfy to stay in and the breakfast was amazing having the Full Scottish for both mornings on the trip. Also being a 5 minute drive from Dunfermline centre it’s a nice convenient place to stay but keeping a nice peaceful atmosphere. Couldn’t fault it."
