"Have been an ongoing client for a year in this clinic, always had best service even though prices weren't the best but still kept my dogs as patients there. The reason for giving a 3 star is as I took 1 of my dogs for her jab, give it every month and its over 100 pounds, and asked the vet to quickly have a feel on a lump of my other dog to tell me if needs urgent medication or not and he refused, and insisted I have to book a separate appointment! My other dog Is a patient there as well but I just found the lump yesterday and decided to ask a the vet opinion as I had an appointment today. This for me was offensive and badly irritated me as I concluded they just do it for money not for love as they quote all times. I only asked for an opinion if its urgent or not ,not for a free vet visit, but with this you loosed a patient."
"Been brilliant for my cat every time but my cousin took my dog in to get a check up after he ate bouncy putty, and they cut him open only to tell them that he had digested the putty or they couldn't find it and described a very invase operation unnecessarily, I don't see how they could not have just scanned him or something else to know if there was an actual blockage and instead just put him under the knife"
"I had to take my cat missy for the last time to see them. The staff were supportive and even through covid they were very supportive and I knew she was in good hands unfortunately my Missy was very old and her organs were failing so with their help she crossed over the rainbow bridge. I got a lovely card with a hand written message thank you."
"We're absolutely amazing when my cat had his accident. The vet Diane was brilliant and explained everything to me thoroughly. Ollie is coming on good thanks to the care he received."
