"I have dealt with this money hungry surgery for the last time. They have only just started looking after our new puppy & found a way to scam us to the fullest, by having her teeth checked every 2 weeks charging us £20 for the priveledge & then adding a £10 late fee when we thought we could wait until her next appointment, they wouldn't even look for an appointment until the bill was paid & they made such a bad job of her 2nd vaccination that after unsuccesfully injecting her twice we still had to take her to another appointment to have this done even although we had paid in advance for the full vaccinations plus flea & worming treatment because they had run out of flea treatment they suggested I go & buy it from pet store even although I had paid in advance. All about the money & really couldn't care about pet if you can't pay bill? Bad customer service & poor people skills but highly trained in getting as much money out of you that its possible to take. Have had to removed my pet & go to Alba vets to have pet looked after not just for money."

"My experience with Inglis Vets has been nothing but exceptional. The vets are super knowledgeable and understanding. My dog Franco was extremely ill, so was hospitalised for 5 days. We were kept up to date with the treatments and how he was developing. I know people can complain about price, but in my opinion they are worth every single penny! I am extremely grateful to have such a wonderful service for my dog and appreciate the veterinary staff for their continuous efforts to strive be great at their job. I understand it must be an extremely difficult profession, mentally and emotionally, so Always be kind as they only want what’s best for your pet."
