Their website promises top service, pleasant office surroundings etc etc, in fact they operate out of a dingy stairwell, with next to no visible human presence at 'reception' or anywhere. Rude receptionist, basic arithmetic mistakes by (albeit friendly) paralegal staff in my paperwork, and appalling communication from my lawyer. I was left in the dark for weeks, lawyer often wouldn't take or return my calls or emails, and when he did, he had no apology just more rudeness. It's firms like this that give the legal profession a bad name."
