"Unfortunately not much energy was put in my case, it was one big mess, John claiming that he was waiting to get a new date send out all the time, but every single time it turns out John didn't do the necessary steps, and it was very easy for John to blaim covid, when in fact the problem was that he was neglecting the case, my case started end of 2019, its a simple case with loads of evidence to support me, but John wasn't I even interested in presenting evidence, during this I trusted my lawyer, but I have had many second opinions on what is going on in my case, and it has been proven to me over and over again that John is lying about what's going on, he is forgetting what he needs to remember, he is narcissistic, and even makes it a point to be insulting, at first I thought he was just testing if I had a temper, but it became more and more a regular thing that he would tell me, that I was nothing special, and Insult my physique cause he was aware that I go to the gym, in the end after 2 and a half year of just meeting up and saying "we have nothing to add" I still managed to be granted contact, but with extremely poor condition 4 hours a month.. And now John is refusing to apply for legal aid for the contact centre, he says they told him on the phone that they wouldn't give it, and when I call them they tell me that we need to send an application before we can get turned down.. John told me about that phone call 4 months after I was granted contact, it actually tookhirm 4 months to make just 1 phone call, now I'm having difficulty retrieving my documents from him, I don't know if John is payed by the opposite team to drag out the case and make it harder for me, but that's what his been doing, he is a lier and narcissist, who should be allowed to be a solicitor, he had a brain damage a couple years ago that where he hit the back of his head, and the brain was pushed forward so hard that he lost his sense of smell, its quite likely that his frontal loops has taken some damage aswell.. This is a warning for everybody needing a family solicitor, look else where"
