"Amazing people doing amazing work. They have dedicated their lives to helping cats. It's a superhuman effort. They are very resourceful and will bend over backwards to help as many cats as they possibly can. I've tried to support them as best I can over the years and spread the good word about their work. I'm writing this in response to some people posting unfair reviews which don't seem to take into account the limited space and resources at Sunny Harbour. They are human after all, there's limits to what they can do."
"We adopted our kittens from Sunny Harbour a few months ago, and were blown away by the amazing work this small charity do. Run entirely by volunteers, they manage to not only care for the cats that they have up for adoption, but provide specialist care for their 'resident cats' who cannot be homed for medical or behavioural reasons, and operate a 24 hour emergency service as well. Our kittens were found running wild in an area with a massive feral cat problem. The kittens were taken in, treated for eye and respiratory infections, cared for and loved until they came to live with us. Sarah and Paul who run the place were extremely helpful, letting us spend over 4 hours over several visits meeting the kittens and choosing the right ones for us. They've also been on hand for any questions I've had since the adoption. These guys do amazing work, and only put up cats for adoption that they have worked with and are confident they're ready for their forever homes."
