"As a newbie to circle sessions, I was somewhat nervous before my first circle that I attended with my friend. I needn't have worried however - Kate is extremely welcoming and calming and my first session felt like a warm hug with so much care and support and not an ounce of judgement. I found it the perfect setting to unwind after a busy day running around after two kids, to sit with a hot drink and share experiences with other women going through similar experiences. I have attended both online sessions alone and in person with my little one and would highly recommend these to anyone considering them. Oh and the cake was delicious!! Thank you Kate"
