"We are so grateful to Mark and Kathryn for helping us secure a mortgage and secure our own property after almost 7 years of trying due to our peculiar case. When I was first referred to Mark, I was a bit skeptical because of previous disappointments. I was repeat customer but had to go somewhere else for mortgage due to lack of care also customers are just treated as number rather than someone is actually buying home and possibly the biggest purchase in their life. cost me thousands due to the wrong advice and also couldn't get me mortgage . went with someone else and had mortgage offer in 3 weeks. best to stay away"
