"Free car park for 3hrs outside. Shop is bigger now they've taken over the unit next-door, but it's very cramped & over stocked inside. Plenty of patience required to try & make your way around. Lots of bargains to be had, so I hope they sort the plan of the store out."
"I was trying to exchange an item I had bought last week 6/9/2022. I had my receipt but was told by a very nice member of staff that he would have to speak to a supervisor. This lady had no intentions of speaking to me and only liaised with her colleague on the telephone until I insisted that she came and spoke to me. The item I had purchased did not have a sign or any indication that I couldn't exchange it. When I ask for the manager I was told she had gone to the toilet!!!. Eventually when the manageress Ms Cath Shivers.condesended to talk to one of her staff again on the telephone the answer was the same no exchange. On no occasion was my purchase looked at or checked by management or staff. The staff on the shop floor appear to be very helpful and hard working. Maybe Ms Shivers could take a leaf out of their book. The staff turn over in this store is extremely high. Maybe the management should be evaluated. A Very disappointed shopper."
