"The Staff Never Answer The Phone & If They Do They Hang Straight Up,"
"Leaving customers over 1 week with no medication, when I contacted them I was told rudely they where short staffed and had a queue out the door, was told I'd receive a text later that day to collect it, no text was recieved. I go down the next morning they have plently of staff and shop isn't busy and my prescription after over one week was still not made up. Extremely poor customer service skills and a lack of care for people who need daily medication, have been left on the verge of having a seizure all week and not even a apology from them, definitely would not recommend using this chemist with it's poor quality of service."
"Quite poor customer experience I had today. Not helpful at all (one of the cashiers was) but the lady who seemed of a higher role cut the lady short, who was already doing a good job helping me out.."
