"Poor service overall. Delivery failed to be delivered on the specified day. I was told by online chat it would be redelivered , only to be told 2 hours later that they were short staffed so I wouldn’t get it that day. They were unable to tell me when it would be delivered at all. After 3 phone calls, I finally spoke to someone in person. I asked if I could collect the parcel from the depot, only to be told they were too short staffed for collections as well. Finally arranged to collect parcel, I am now sitting at depot waiting for my parcel to be found. I have been told it might be 5 minutes or it could be an hour. Not impressed with service at all. Will not use again. (Have only given one star as I could not post review with no stars)"
