"Called and asked for a quote for a drop off at Edinburgh airport and was told £40, including parking exit fee however, when I called back a few days later to book it, he reneged on his original quote stating he wouldn’t have given me a quote like this, and would not stand by it. I took him at his word and trusted the quote he gave me would be honoured, I was wrong and would not use him or even get a quote from him in future. The fact that he was quick to say he could do it for £50, made me feel like his original quote was simply to hook me in. Not to go back and forth but you’re basically calling me a liar and I can assure you, that you SPECIFICALLY quoted me £40, I then asked if it included the £4 and you confirmed it did. The fact that you’re willing to start an argument when I’m giving you feedback is an indication that you’ve made a mistake. I’d have thought more of you if you had just apologised for your mistake, and honoured the quote and everyone would be happy, but no, you’re more than happy to be defensive and try to make me look like I’m the liar which I’m not. I certainly wouldn’t be making a big deal for £4, there’s a principal in play here, perhaps you should consider that. Thanks"
