"Worse taxi company in Falkirk!! I have used them 3 times and every time I been in their car with my two young children all you can smell is cigarettes, I do know how they get away with this absolutely disgusting car with very low hygiene standards!!! they only want cash no card and by asking driver paying by card he talk to me like I have done some sort off crime no having cash with me. I strongly do not recommend this company to any one. Will be going back to Bruce’s taxis No I will not remove this review!!!"
"It's been a wonderful experience to take their taxis and words cannot express my thanks to them. All trains to Edinburgh were cancelled and we were in despair, scared of missing the train in Edinburgh. Them they showed up, just like heroes, and saved our day! After calling them, the driver Faz immediately took the order and came to pick us up very fast in Falkirk. Faz is a very nice and easy-going guy and we talked a lot on the road to Edinburgh. I feel very grateful for him and I would strongly recommend this taxi company to everyone in need!"
