"Excellent day out. Took our grandsons, both of who hairdo have their faces stuck in a phone screen... They had a ball! The staff were bellflower and friendly and special mention to the volunteer guide in the farm house. All in excellent Facilities, displays, staff, great day out"
"Went with my 2 year old grandson. When we arrived it was raining so we had a look round inside of museum. Once we did this we played in the park until it was time for our tractor ride (which he loved) up to the farm. He enjoyed seeing the animals and was really taken with the grandfather clock inside the farmhouse. He really enjoyed his visit and tbh would have happily spent the day riding up and down on the tractor!! We have bought the annual pass so we can go again."
"Such a great day for our nearly 2 yr old. She loved stroking the lambs, seeing the cows get milked and sitting on the tractor in the play park. Great selection of food for wee ones and adults in the cafe too. Great day out and lovely building too!"
"An absolutely incredible museum of what basically built Scotland. From the earliest farming methods to the most recent, the collection is wonderful. But being attached to a working farm, with horses, cattle, sheep and pigs - it is incredible. We saw recently calved cows and piglets - it was an amazing place. A must see, if you have kids."
