College buddy loyalty only goes so far, and I've had to turn down friends for jobs and it's hard. With finite services with measurable results it's easy to judge. I know of no-one in our extended circle who has NOT used Liddle and Anderson. Mum wanted to do some shuffling so I would end up owning their house while still alive, as I am an only child, not a simple conveyancing, rather one with complex terms. Even tying wills into it is not simple. I use a lot of fairly complex contract law at work, even drafting entire sections for content and allowing attorneys, and I do high end internet security myself, the details are remarkably similar in concept. And if asked all this power of attorney stuff with Liddle and Anderson, I would have said "no your honor, please give Mr MacRae and his Liddle and Anderson firm the maximum, unlimited power of attorney under applicable law in case they need it, as I am busy and would prefer to do this. I spent eyewatering amounts of the insurance company on G&B without really caring, but I'd guess Doug's personal rate at over £5,000 an hour at today's rates. It's a lot of money for a wrestler with a bar card, but that was the point, and I got Doug personally by appealing to his vanity. Liddle and Anderson exists to serve the community at a tiny fraction of the cost. If I had to choose someone to practice under the laws of the State of Texas to save a company? Honestly, Willie (MacRae, not Nelson :) ). I value substance and over flash,"
