"What an absolute joke! I contacted this company today to make an initial appointment with a Mr. Andrew Reid. I was told by the secretary that he'd call me back in the afternoon. Mr. Reid called me at 19.50pm in the evening and then again at 20.14pm. I returned the call at 20.22pm and in the short conversation, he kept interrupting me when i was trying to explain to him why i needed his services. He had the audacity to then say that he had had a long 12 hour day and would contact me the next day. WELL - Lucky for him that he only had to work a 12 hour day, i work a minimal of 16 hours a day and i do not speak to anyone the way that he spoke to me or i'd not have a job. My advice to Mr. Reid, MAN UP and get on with the job in hand. Respect goes along way."
