"Can’t get an answer most useless people ever"
"AVOID-such people ask inane questions justfor the sake of it they are abusive-we were very patient with them then as after we submitted relevant documents+legal evidence much of which is basic ABC+online also (But they wanted us to send it from online-they may be incapeable of doing a search themselves-after that they said it was not enough pages-when the information was in it) several times as requested,as they said they couldn’t read handwritten page-or were off/no postal services-so how come they could return it by post to us but post it to the right person? Twice. Then made an excuse pointing to some other information Invalid they were sent about our property/ title deeds by someone else-which was illegal-looks like anyone can put up any property in anyone’s name-nothing to do with actual ownership!+ROS don’t check any information. So after that we sent them some legal information from our lawyers to clarify the property ownership as ours. We’d discussed but for some reasons of their own-as didn’t want to make that change+falsely accused us of being abusive+they don’t want to deal with us personally (we don’t have to pay lawyers just because ROS is an incompetent scam. Interestingly they did say to me that they did not deal with legalities-does that mean then that the register properties illegally-they were friendly+helpful over the phone but they don’t want to do their job+do as requested-that is abusive-when you point out their rascism they get worse! (They just go after money for nothing) when we were actually very patient with them! Their reviews say people abusive to them-not for nothing-looks like that was because they’ve been doing a terrible job+terrible customer service-AVOID when we were actually very patient with them! Their reviews say people abusive to them-not for nothing-looks like from various reviews that was because they’ve been doing a terrible job+terrible customer service-M"
"I ordered title deeds for my property and they gave me the wrong documents. They never gave me what I wanted and paid for. Useless."
"I was one hour waiting on the phone and to make things worse the audio volume for their waiting song spikes every minute or so, probably so you don't fall asleep. No one ever answered, I gave up."
"Very surprising, and disappointing, in this day and age to receive communication addressed "dear sirs" although this did cause some laughter when sent to an entirely female department, that doesn't really excuse such a sexist mindset."
