"I can’t recommend this nursery enough, after a not so great experience with another local nursery I started my son here and he is thriving. The communication is a big factor for me as previously there was very little at last nursery but this nursery they update journals everyday and they are always doing great activity’s and spend a lot of time outdoors which is also a big factor for me. The staff are welcoming and friendly and my baby is very happy here!"

"I was working at this place for six months in 2018 and still remember how terrible this experience was. I can’t explain by words how poor the organisation of this company is. I feel so sorry for the kids and parents that I met there, paying so much money thinking that they were leaving their kids in a safe place, to have finally a miserable service due to the lack of organisation, the incompetent staff and the greed of the company, who admits more and more families without being willing to offer them a decent service. There weren't enough workers for the number of children assisted. In tweenies room (2-year-olds) there were some twenty five babies for three or four support workers, which is insane and made impossible for us to do our best work. This meant that parents were obviously unhappy and continuously complaining about how they picked up their kids, giving us the complaints when we were trying to survive with so many babies. One day, even, a parent screamed at me because his kid had been bitten by another baby (again, if we had had fewer kids per worker, we could really have paid the attention that a two-year-old child needs). Of course, I was called and blamed by the manager. They asked me to have a meeting with the person that had screamed at me, which I refused because, first, it wasn’t part of my job and, second, a meeting wouldn't help avoid those kind of problems in the future, but hiring enough stuff. They tried to persuade me by making me feel bad for not accepting this meeting. They made me feel a bad worker, not supporting me at all, even when I had been verbally attacked after trying to do my best. There were nice and hardworking people, but also people who wanted to take advantage of you. The second room leader I had was a really bad professional who supposedly had some team work skills and experience (let me doubt that). She organised the journey clearly leaving the “easy kids” and the easiest duties for herself and the hard and dirty job for others (where I was included). They were calling us and making work on our day off almost every week. I saw more than ten different people leaving the two-year- olds. And I'm not telling about the toddlers room because it was even worst. When I gave my notice to leave this place, they pleaded me to stay and offer me a room leader position. Of course, I refused that offer. When you said you were leaving, the company punished you being sent to other nursery location where you didn’t know the staff and the kids, and you couldn’t say a proper goodbye to the parents and kids with whom you had been for that time. It's a real shame and pity that an awful management can make such a beautiful job take your mental and physical health away. I ended having anxiety crisis and stress problems. I really would like to think that everything changed mostly because of the kids, who were the most affected."

"Our son loves this nursery. There is a lot going on and children are stimulated in many different ways. Nursery also organises trips and local walks which makes every day different and more exciting. Thank you for your hard work. Highly recommended!"
