"A shambles of a housing association and complete liars trying to cover their own backs! Clyde valley forced access to my property in October 2022 to complete an EICR check which I know needs to be completed every 5 years but only receiving 2 letters and not even 4weeks notice they think they can force access to my home I’m a single woman with 3 children with anxiety issues. They lied saying they tried to email me but they didn’t hold an email for me . They did have my email and I have proof of that ! They just didn’t hold an up to date phone number. My door handle is buckled now and I’ve been told by the joiner that it’s weak now. He has been out a few times with new handles but none of them fit. So 3 months later I’m still waiting. I also kept asking when was the EICR check invalid from but no one wanted to answer that! Eventually I got the answer and it was invalid from the June a whole 4 months before so yes obviously they were in a hurry to get it done. I received my 1st letter on the 10th oct & I’d a family member die on the 9th oct which is why I didn’t reply promptly enough they forced access on the 28th oct!"

"Been on the register of CVHA for over 3 years and spent the last few months homeless yet still no help from CVHA. When i contacted them to tell them i have became homeless due to rising private rents and out of work with health issues yet did not seem interested and 2 emails i got was just trying to pass the buck. Very disappointed way to treat people going through hard times."

"Has to be the worst council ever! On at them for months to fix errors they made to be told we're in a plandemic. No we are level 0 and you still cant do anything. Lazy! Incompetent. But they can let out houses and show you around!!! And build new ones!!The only workplace that still isnt properly back to work!! You need to look after your old tennants. Full of lies. Disgusting treatment. I pay full rent for these leeches."

"Lovely new builds. Sadly the cleaning company complete cleaning is horrendous, they are meant to appear every 2 weeks. But often over a month at a time and never make any effort to do any cleaning whilst there. It's a service tenants must pay for. Landscaping is cheap and not well maintained. Sound proofing is non existant within the flats, so you hear alot of noise from above and below. Complaints are never really dealt with either, more so during lock down as they just ignore voicemails and emails."
