"From the first contact by phone, Vicky made sure it was easy to ask questions and arrange a visit. We arrived to a really well presented shop with an actual demo car seat for child seats as soon as you walk in, which is really handy! Vicky made us feel at ease and was incredibly knowledgeable on the extended rear-facing seat we were interested in, talking us through every feature of the seat and showing us how it would sit with my daughter in it, who was really comfortable with Vicky and sat in the new and unfamiliar seat without a problem, babbling away. We bought the seat at a much better price than we had anticipated and Vicky again took the time to show us how to fit it correctly, with no clock-watching. A thorough and enjoyable customer service based experience. And I really don't usually like shopping! It gave us peace of mind to know the shop has been in business for over 25 years and has a fitting service. It's clear that Vicky is very passionate about her profession. "We visited Prams and Cots Galore a few times to take advice from the staff there. Each time we received excellent service and all the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The shop is very well organised considering the extensive variety of products and brands they offer. They have a large assortment of car seats and pushchairs you can look at and try for various different budgets. This is a company you can trust to have your best interests at heart, the very personal service they deliver is incredible and you can tell the staff take a huge amount of pride in what they do. All the products we have purchased have been excellent and we are very pleased with them. We could not rate Prams and Cots Galore highly enough! There’s no end of choice. We were looked after from the moment we walked in with one of the girls showing us exactly how to use everything and offering her advice on which products would best suit our needs.
