"I went into store yesterday. Found a lovely yellow top and waistcoat in the sales. The waistcoat was marked down to £15.00 but the till sale was 19.99. When I ask why I been charged 19.99. When the red sales ticket was marked at 15.00. The sales assistant was rude unhelpful slightly aggressive. Would not shop there ever again. So please people be aware the price you see is not the price your charged. Expected more"
"Absolute nightmare experience with the online support, needed to exchange a product but the employee in-store put down an address that didn't exist by mistake, these things happen. But I've spent 4 days trying to get this rectified by the chat team with promises being made an not followed through, they're beyond useless and don't offer any transparency on what is being done via email updates, just a promise in the on-site hatbox and an apprehensive act for an email from a 3rd party vendor. Tear down your entire support staff network and build one that actually serves the customer."
"Prices have gone up but the cleanliness and standards of the store have dropped. Opened up late this morning and it was clear the shop hadn’t been tidied from the day before. Clothes off hangers, shoes all over the place, it was like they’ve had a sale on."
"One of the smaller Zaras but have a good selection on women's clothes (not as much stock I the mens section). Great variety of items with varying price ranges. Worth a visit if in chester. Great sales when they have them. Parking available close by in the market street car park. Generally seems understaffed and although staff are very helpful and polite the queues are awful."
"I hate walking into this Zara. It's always messy, clothes all over the floor and a general sense of them not caring about tb customer experience right from the start. I've been to many Zara's in the UK and none have this sort of blasé attitude to leaving the shop a mess. They definitely need more staff on the floor keeping check of th clothing and atleast making them look tidy. Been waiting to make this review but thought id give the shop a chance and wait. Nothings changed."
