"Today I was admiring some of the frames and glasses from afar when I was approached by a staff member. I said good afternoon and asked if they have any glasses that are only for screens/monitor wear. I was given a sharp “no” and I followed up with should I look online and again another cold “no”. Lastly I asked would I be able to find out the right size of glasses so I know what to buy and she “no I can’t help you”. Not being cheeky but what can you do? I feel there was zero customer service in my interaction and wasn’t offered any advise or assistance. Not sure why this interaction was this way but it’s left me looking elsewhere for better service."
