"Took my daughter V ienne 3yrs old for an eye test. Firstly William the optometrist was fantastic and totally understood how to work with a 3 Yr old and was fantastic. Vienne was at ease and left with a friend in William. I was completely shocked at the lack of communication from the staff on the shop floor, they completely lacked the ability to engage with 3 Yr old in how they spoke to get their point across. Hit was like they where speaking with another adult and I had to step in to explain what they where talking about in a more child like level for Vienne to understand. A total lack of communication ability with children. I can't fault William one bit. Fantastic optom. Thanks William, Vienne was over the moon with her visit today with you."
