"I go to see Amanda yearly for face and neck laser treatment. I have been going for over 10 years. I know I look way younger and know it is due to the quality of my skin. "Extremely long story short. Amanda- Not welcoming, grumpy and rude. Clinic- nice at first but the treatment room isn’t to high standards. Treatments Amanda said I would need to get the results I want.- 3-4 laser treatments. Amanda said I did not need surgery and that that it should be a last resort but she said I would get the results I want with 3-4 laser treatments. Outcome- After 3 treatments in 2 appointments I’ve had absolutely no results. No follow up/aftercare or communication between appointments. Without verbal consent, Amanda also took a photo of the treatment area on a iPad/tablet at my first treatment appointment. Communication between Amanda and myself - Via email after I cancelled my third appointment and later Amanda admitted that I do need surgery and that she knew laser treatment would not give me results and also that I do not need labiaplasty even though she tried to have me have surgical labiaplasty at her clinic when I had no results from laser labiaplasty. She offered me a partial then a full refund of £650 (she called in good faith) IF I removed this. I refused and she has ignored me since. Others are very questionable and one on fb is written by her in her name. The one here by Aneka is her daughter as she called Amanda mum on a post Amanda posted on fb in 2018 asking for people to write her "nice reviews" after saying she had been tr0lled Not genuine at all!! Amanda lied to me so I would have treatment at her clinic and her emails confirm this. Do not have treatment with her, she's money grabbing and a liar!! I didn’t ask before she made her “offer” but I do now want a full refund without her demands in exchange. I would definitely not recommend Amanda. she's far from professional! *I have now received a full refund*"

"I wish I had found Amanda at the Women's Clinic sooner. She has done for me what three separate private and expensive Dermatologists in London failed to do. I came to Amanda with a skin problem following use of a steroid cream. The skin was prone to tearing and pain and it was severely affecting my day to day life, confidence and mental health. I could tell immediately that Amanda had genuine care for my health and wellbeing. She was very friendly and welcoming. She was patient and listened attentively as I explained my issue. She made me feel at ease and comfortable during examination of the area. She was knowledgeable and shared with me all the information needed to make an informed decision to go ahead with treatment. I felt a huge sense of relief as I knew I was finally in good hands. I received a treatment with CO2 laser. Amanda was conscientious and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She provided me with detailed information on how to look after the area following treatment. Her follow up care was exceptional. She checked in with me the next day to see how I was doing and made sure I knew to reach out should I need any further advice. "Attended here in May and I had laser labiaplasty carried out. I can’t explain enough how amazing I have felt after the procedure. I have suffered from the age of 13 with being very uncomfortable all the time and restricted in my activity’s but since having this procedure I have felt like a new woman and so comfortable now. It took me a long time to build the confidence in approaching someone to do it but I must say Dr Reid and Amanda have been amazing and supportive. The after care was great and healing was completed very quickly with minimal distruption to my day to day living. "Had laser resurfacing for acne scarring here in July this year, it takes about 6 months to see the full effect but my skin looked better within a few weeks and has just improved steadily.
