"Although my GP's Health Centre now advocates getting back to normal by not asking nor wearing face mask, this Health Centre displays notices saying face masks is a requirement. They also verbally say its a requirement, unless you are exempt and expect a reply to why you do not require to wear one. I do wonder if they even follow the rules about wearing disposable masks. mask"
"Since they closed the craigmarloch centre, it is an absolute nightmare to get to speak to anyone. When you eventually get through to speak to a receptionist, you are given a telephone appointment in some cases in 2 weeks time. Whilst not an emergency, it is very frustrating. This used to be a great practice, but not now."
"Considering all that the NHS is up against, just cannot fault my treatment both by phone and in person. For sure we all wish things could get back to what we all used to expect to be normal, but that's not going to happen any time soon. Very very frustrating however eventually, I cannot knock the treatment I received."
