"Zero stars if possible. 8am you need to frantically dial only to be hit with engaged tone until 8:30 when no appointments are avaliable and they don't bother to ask why you needed an appointment incase its urgent... they offer only on day appointments. Baffles me how badly this place is ran."
"There must be something wrong with the phone system x when you try to phone it puts you in a Q then after a considerable amount of time the phone is answered by an automated message giving details of what can and cannot be done and then just as the recording finishes it cuts you off xx when you are feeling quite poorly you can really do without this x"
"Absolute joke of a doctors practice, my partner has been in severe pain for the past week and when she got through to the receptionist, they hung up on her. Will be making her change doctors as it seems the reception staff aren't competent enough to do their job."

Absolutely no tolerance, can’t admit to her mistake and makes snide remarks which can clearly be heard and she knows it. The nursing staff are lovely, in particular Claire! Biggest credit to that practice are the nursing staff 100%"
