"I had a really bad sore throat, was vomiting, couldn't sleep, eat or talk. The pain was unbearable. It was a weekend and my GP wasn't available. The nurse was so rude and kept rolling eyes at me stating that this is not an emergency and she saw me talking so I can talk when my friend said she will have to talk for me. I was wearing a mask and talked to my friend showing texts. I felt like a criminal. The worst experience of my life."
