"The Game shop is tucked away in the corner of Sports Direct but still has a good selection. Jonathan was knowledgeable and helped me decide on what console to go for and went out of his way to take time and make sure I was happy with my choice. It made me feel at ease to have him there to answer my questions."

"A video game store that mainly sells new and used games but the do also sell technology like tablets and phones. You can grab a bargain here but some games seem rather expensive. Generally good staff that allow you to browse but as with alot of stores you always get a staff memember asking if you need help or is that just me."

"Game in ocean terminal is probably in an unfortunate location as the shopping centre in leith doesn't have an awful lot going for it. It's quite out of the way so doesn't benefit from passing trade. The game store itself is as good as any of the rest in that its layout is presentable and easy to navigate. The fact that it's in a quiet location should mean that the service should be spot on and that's where it falls down. I've been in twice now and both times there have been three staff on, one behind the counter doing something other than serving, one out on the floor that seems to be tidying shelves that dont need tidying and the third one wandering back and forth trying to look busy. I walked out after waiting over ten minutes to get served because the one person serving was too busy trying to sell someone game insurance with their purchase. That bugs me so much and I almost didnt go back in the second time but they had something I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. So positive note, not bad prices. Negative note, everything else."

"Great service here. Was selling a couple of old phones and the staff were very good at smoothing the process. It can take some time to get phones checked out but happy to get a little extra cash."

"Went in for a game that was out of stock in every other store. The guy who served me was like "I think it's out of stock" he then looked for through the shelves and had no luck. Instead of just saying that it's out of stock, he went through the back and then had another look on the shelves and found a copy. Just appreciate that he went the extra mile. Thanks :)"
