"Takes forever to get your prescription"
"The service level has dropped off significantly in the last few months. That is the provision of the overall service and not the services provided by the staff - who are excellent and always have been. Clearly, this pharmacy has either too many customers or needs more pharmacists, or like others - they are suffering with staff being off sick - or a combination of all three. Whatever the reason, it may be better to refuse some customers or transfer some to another pharmacy than keep taking prescriptions that then can't be turned around in time. That said, there are some medicine shortages which are probably adding to the issues. So - be kind to the staff - likely not their fault. Lloyds Pharmacy (company) - you need to help these guys out - you have good bunch of people in there - you need to support them."
"Terrible experience first waited so long then wrong meds given then waited an hour again they need their license removed and a new one to take over and run it professionally patients shouldn’t have to wait argue or receive wrong meds. Get your act together guys. And why the health service is alright with how they are treating their patients beggars belief."
"This pharmacy is now an absolute disorganised shambles. Husband waited in a queue of over 20 to get to counter to be asked if really needed it today or can wait until next week. Hubby confirmed needed today, person went away then returned saying couldn't do, try another pharmacy. No valid reason. Just normal antibiotics. Queue still well over 20 people after 5pm. Absolute joke of a service of which there is none for the working person who has to wait until later in day to collect prescriptions. Never been anything straightforward last few times been in. If can, would advise anyone to change pharmacy!"
